This newly renovated well appointed house offers: - Spacious 3 bedrooms, living area & open kitchen - King beds + 2 King single beds with comfy beddings - Morden interior design, 65-inch TV with Netflix - All white kitchen with dishwasher and all appliances needed. Large pantry. - Outdoor dining area. BBQ will be available from Oct. - Close to St Clair beach, the best beach in Dunedin with famous cafes and restaurants - Easy drive to city centre & Uni - more for you to discover

My husband and I have been hosting people around the world for years and we really enjoy it. We are so excited to set up this new property for short term rental welcoming families and groups no matter large or small :)

Peaceful neighborhood next to St. Clair beach, walking distance to access the famous beach restaurants and cafes. Short drive to supermarket and to the city centre and the Uni.
