This double-glazed, warm & comfortable apartment is spacious, modern & well presented. It offers secure garaging for 2 vehicles & elevator access to the apartment. **NOTES: Noise in the area - The waterfront road is busy & all properties within this area are subject to some road & port noise. The apartment is elevated & has been well insulated & double glazed for your comfort. Security cameras - For security & safety of the building, the body corporate operate security cameras that monitor the doors and vehicles in the parking area. **One of our team will travel to meet you to provide access. Check in is available between 2pm and 8pm. Later check-in may be possible if needed however an after hours charge will apply. **BOND REQUIREMENT - Credit card details and an authority to charge are required as a bond prior to the commencement of your stay. The cardholder/payee is responsible for leaving the property neat & tidy & its chattels, furnishings & grounds in the condition found at arrival. By proceeding with this booking, you authorise the Accommodation Provider to charge the credit card provided at time of the booking for the fair cost of unavailability, replacement, repair or services required to restore the property, its chattels, furnishings or grounds to the condition found at arrival, where it can be established that such issues arose in the course of your stay & where these issues cannot be attributed to fair wear & tear.
