This is a Gardner's paradise with Rhododendrons, Azaleas, Camellias and Magnolias with lots of old and new Roses. A very quiet setting with farm views with Sheep and Deer in paddocks nearby with the sound of native birds in the morning and during the day. Just a stones throw from the town of Waimate, with walking and cycling tracks nearby and views of the ocean close by. If you love a round of a golf, we have the perfect course for you.
The House is split level with two bathrooms, a bath upstairs and a shower downstairs next to the Kitchen.
We do not have wheelchair access.
We like meeting different people and always ready for a chat
Colleen is keen on Horse racing plus playing golf
The location is a couple of minutes from the centre of Waimate.
Very peaceful with no traffic noise just the sound of birds.
The Waimate Golf course is about 5 to 10 minutes away.
There are a number of nice Restaurants and Bars in Waimate plus Chinese and Indian takeaways and traditional Kiwi takeaways
