WELCOME to our family home based in HAVELOCK NORTH at the foothills of the famous Maori legend, Te Mata! Walking & cycling distance to Te Mata Peak (boasting 360deg views over Hawkes Bay), the quaint village of Havelock North, popular Red Woods, & a variety of beaches & rivers & New Zealand's Art Deco Capital - Napier! Our well decorated space offers 2 SPACIOUS BEDROOMS & cozy, boutique lounge & dining areas and newly renovated kitchen. Dad/Steve resides upstairs, our guest entrance & accommodation space is separate & private & includes your own parking. WELCOME!

Dear guests... We live in a friendly, quiet community so we ask that our guests respect our neighbors (and Dad/Steve upstairs) by abiding by our house rules.... mainly no parties, no pets and no smoking or vaping inside the house.. 🙏🏻 If you are booking for 2 people and you require 2 bedrooms then an additional fee per night is applicable, this can be organised and payable via bank transfer before your day of arrival.
