This beautiful 1920's villa is the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and coastal charm, designed for a truly unforgettable experience: - 3 minute stroll to the best beaches, cafes and the coastal walkway - Huge fenced section with trampoline - Great Amenities (Free wifi & Netflix, Coffee machine, washing machine, fully equiped kitchen) - Air conditioning and heating - Pet friendly (no barkers please!) The space Comfortable and Flexible Sleeping Arrangements. Our home features three well-appointed bedrooms to accommodate your whole family: Bedroom 1: A large king bed. Bedroom 3: A king single bed, with a trundler bed available upon request. Please let us know if you like the trundler set up before your arrival. Bedroom 2: Another spacious king bed. Prime Location Just a 3-minute walk from the stunning East End Beach, Fitzroy Beach, and the renowned New Plymouth Coastal Walkway, our home is the perfect retreat for beach lovers and outdoor adventurers. Take a leisurely stroll to vibrant cafes, the charming Down-to-Earth organic grocer, or hop in the car for a quick 3-minute drive to Central New Plymouth, where you’ll find everything the area has to offer. Other things to note We have property rules in place to ensure everyone has a great stay. Failure to follow these rules will result in immediate cancellation of the booking without a refund. Rules: - No parties/ gatherings/ events - No smoking indoors - Quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM - Ensure the number of guests matches the booking - No pets that bark excessively: We love pets, but they must be well-behaved, and all waste must be cleaned up. - No guests working with oil, diesel, or other messy substances during their stay: Unfortunately, our home isn’t suited for mechanics or tradies working in heavily soiled environments.
We are a young family with three boys who live local to New Plymouth. We love the outdoors, farming, beaches and adventures!
A nice quiet coastal neighbourhood with friendly people and some very nice houses.
