Overlooking the lakefront Ivy Box Art Gallery, the unique accommodation offers close-up Lake Wakatipu views. Close to the heart of Queenstown, a 10 minute stroll leads to downtown Queenstown. The two-storey private, self-contained apartment is accessed via a central courtyard, with second apartment alongside. Formerly a butcher’s shop, The adjoining Gallery showcases bold, contemporary works by Queenstown-based artists, including owner Lynda Hensman, from its gorgeous lakefront location. The Ivy Box Apartment's backyard terrace area is separated from the second apartment by large pots and low plantings, but is positioned to be largely private, with a peaceful, landscaped outdoor area. (Please note the backyard grassed area was replaced with stones in May 2025, to create a lovely courtyard setting. Photos have not yet been updated).
