We have equiped the kitchen with everything you need to cook up a storm. You will love being nestled in the mountains. The house is right on the doorstep of all the famous Queenstown tracks for walking and biking and we have amazing river spots for swimming in walking distance. You'll have everything you need for your stay. North facing house, the home is filled with sunlight and has some mountain views from the kitchen and lounge window and some bedrooms. There is a full kitchen for the lovers of cooking and a wonderful soaking tub to relax the muscles with heated towel rails. Important: We are committed to protecting our properties which is why we've partnered with 'Know Your Guest', the leading vacation rental guest-screening provider. Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details and ID through 'Know Your Guest' and pay your security deposit or no risk waiver through their site and when we receive this confirmation we will send you the check-in details. Lower Shotover is set on the edge of the Shotover River. You are right by the Queenstown Trail which joins all the stunning trails of the area. The walking and biking here is amazing and something that must be experienced. The local neighbourhood is a family friendly area that is safe and quiet. We have a skate bowl for the kids or big kids too! Lake Hayes is near by and Lake Wakatipu for walking, biking, kayaking, paddle boarding and all water fun! Check out Kawarau Park in our neighbourhood for local eats, pilates, hairdresser, convenience store, medical centre and pharmacy
