Property information

Relax and enjoy your fishing holiday at this peaceful location. River Trail Retreat is located in Turangi; close to Tongariro National Park; tons of fishing opportunities within walking distance; and many other activities on your doorstep. This is the ideal spot for you and your mates, or your family, to relax and unwind from your hectic daily life.

Neighbourhood information

The house is set back from the street, it is a rear section. The local supermarket and shopping centre are about a 13 minute walk away. It is a short walk to the river, playground and reserve. The streets are very pleasant tree lined streets in a quiet neighbourhood. No pets allowed - sorry. This area is great for walking and cycling. The local supermarket is just 1.1km away - a short car ride or a 13 minute walk. Lots of walkways and cycleways on your doorstep to explore the local area. The Tongariro River Trail is accessible at a number of starting points and you have direct access from our section to the river. The river is great fun for all - fishing; swimming; or to explore the riverbed with your children.
