Our calming space is located in the popular suburb of Roslyn, featuring 2 bedrooms, small living/dining area, bathroom, and kitchenette. The kitchenette is well equipped for it's size, and contains an air fryer oven, plug-in induction range, microwave, toaster and kettle. As this is downstairs from another apartment (with separate entries), there is some potential for noise. Noise insulation between the two spaces is reasonable, and upstairs guests are are asked to adhere to quiet hours.

Situated in well sought after suburb of Roslyn, our accommodation is a walkable distance to the Roslyn hub where there is a supermarket and multiple shops and eateries. Reasonably handy also to Moana Pool. The entire space is your own, with no shared areas. 1 car park for a medium sized car is available in a garage at the top of the property, and there is typically additional parking available on the street, across the road.
