Relax with the whole family in this charming 3-bedroom home. This recently renovated home boasts character, plenty of space and great views. Situated in the popular suburb of Roslyn, you're not too far from anywhere. Please note that this property is split into 2 separate accommodations, each entirely private and separate with the only shared spaces being the garage and walkway into the property.

Neighbourhood information

5 minutes walk down the road, you will find Fresh Choice supermarket, a florist, day spa, a pharmacy, a physiotherapist and a gift shop. The suburb is also a stone's throw from Dunedin's only private hospital, Mercy Hospital in Maori Hill. Drive down Stuart St and you'll be in the Octagon (city centre) in about 5 minutes. Moana pool and gym is about halfway between Roslyn and the city centre, and has both fitness and recreation facilities.
