Company information

We are a Queenstown based holiday home management company. Our regular business hours are Monday to Friday 8.00am to 6.00pm. There is an off-site property manager available for emergencies or to answer any queries outside of those hours. Before you arrive you will be asked to complete a quick guest verification by scanning your driver’s license or passport through third-party provider Truvi, similar to a hotel check-in process. This process is essential as we operate a self-check-in system and to provide our guests and properties with extra protection. Truvi adheres to the highest level of PCI compliance for your security. Truvi will contact you via email to complete the verification. Please do so soon after booking to enable a quick and easy check-in process.

Relax in a spacious & stylish 4-bedroom home, conveniently located on Queenstown Hill, backing onto a peaceful creek. This tastefully decorated, cosy home offers plenty of space & touches of luxury for your group or family. Gaze out any window to enjoy gorgeous views of the Remarkables, Lake Wakatipu & surrounding forest. Step out onto the front deck with a fresh cup of coffee (courtesy of the fully automatic espresso machine) and enjoy stunning views of the Remarkables and Lake Wakatipu. On warmer days, open the glass doors completely and let the outdoors in. The home’s four large bedrooms offer private, peaceful spaces for guests to recharge and relax. Each thoughtfully-designed room offers a comfortable super king bed, three of which can be reconfigured into two single beds upon request.

Neighbourhood information

The property backs onto a stream and forest, has a small park next door, and forest walks to Queenstown Hill. The Queenstown botanical gardens, lake front reserve walkways and cycle tracks are easily accessible nearby. Being well off the main road, there is very little traffic and low noise, but you are still very close to the vibrant heart of Queenstown and all it's attractions. It's a scenic walk or short drive into central Queenstown (only 2.5km to the Steamer Wharf). The townhouse is just 5km away from the airport and major shopping centres, where you’ll find a number of supermarkets and speciality stores.
