This comfortable three-bedroom, two-bathroom home blends coastal charm with modern ease. The spacious open-plan living area flows out to a sunny outdoor space perfect for enjoying a BBQ or a quiet evening under the stars after a day by the sea.
The home comfortably accommodates up to eight guests. Two bedrooms each feature a queen bed, while the third bedroom offers two sets of bunk beds. There are two full bathrooms, including one with a bathtub ideal for a soak after a long day exploring.
Stay connected with Wi-Fi, and enjoy the added convenience of a private driveway, off-street parking, and garage access ideal for storing beach gear or bikes.
From your doorstep, take a short stroll to the beach for swimming, paddle-boarding, or relaxing in the sun. Head to The Esplanade for local cafés, ice cream shops, and restaurants. Discover nearby attractions like The Lost Spring thermal pools, take a scenic ferry ride to Cooks Beach, or explore the stunning Cathedral Cove and Hot Water Beach both just a short drive away.

Waitangi has been a place of political controversy during Waitangi Day celebrations, but it is most definitely worth visiting. Waitangi offer visitors great facilities, with park-like settings, a great golf course, and a resort all on the Waitangi Treaty Grounds site.
