We have built this property to be a humble getaway for family, couples, friends or working remotely. It's lovely to relax, listening, smelling & seeing the sea. This tiny house is surrounded by an expansive deck. Minimizing indoor cleaning time in the 24sqm house and maximizing outdoor time in the breeze on the 64sqm deck. Milder seasons of spring, summer and autumn can be enjoyed outdoors as a level footstep away, with the combined footprint of 88sqm. Making it a fair few steps closer to many stunning beaches nearby. The closest of which is only 1.2kms down the road. Which you can see from the front deck, queen bedroom & living area. For harbour/ocean views, they can be seen from the back deck, queen bedroom, living area and through bespoke windows built into the bunk room. The bunk room has usb ports and phone holders at the foot of the beds for convenience.
