Upstairs, you’ll find three bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, and open-plan living and dining that opens to a spacious deck with tranquil views across the reserve to the lake—ideal for enjoying sunset drinks.
Downstairs, a self-contained space includes a bedroom, bathroom, second living area with a TV, pool table and retro arcade machine—perfect for teenagers wanting their own private hangout space. A full laundry provides convenience for longer-term stays.
Outdoors, there’s loads of room to park the boat, pitch a tent, or set up for backyard cricket and summer BBQs. The large, flat lawn makes it easy to spread out and enjoy the long holiday days.
