We offer you a nice and spacious space for your family and group. We are located in the suburb of Springfield, a safe and quiet residential area.
This family home was converted into two separate accommodations. This listing is for the top floor, with a separate entrance for convenience and privacy. There's a 55-inch TV with Netflix and YouTube to enjoy.
We also provide a clean and tidy space with fresh linens and towels. There is also a washing machine you can use after your relaxing soak at the nearby geothermal spa.
Please note that although this home has been renovated, its main structure was built in 1960, which means it can be noisy downstairs with creaks and footsteps. So as a courtesy to our guests downstairs, we kindly ask upstairs guests to be mindful of their noise and footsteps. The bricked front lawn is the parking space allocated for you. NO charging of electric vehicles allowed.
