Enjoy wraparound decks, native bush trails leading to the beach, an outdoor pizza oven, BBQ, and trampoline for the kids. *No air-conditioning: The main house uses cross-ventilation with large openable windows/doors. The lower-level apartment has a floor-mounted heat-pump. *No spa pool: The on-property spa is out of service due to parts and compliance requirements. *No window treatments: The home embraces natural light; please let us know if you’d like eye masks provided. *Wood-burner heating: The main living areas have a wood-burner; firewood and equipment are supplied. Bedrooms have portable heaters. *Pets: House-trained dogs may be accepted by prior written agreement (pet fee applies) BOND REQUIREMENT: Credit card details and an authority to charge are required before your stay. The cardholder is responsible for leaving the property and its contents as found. By booking, you authorise the Accommodation Provider to charge for any loss, damage, or extra cleaning beyond fair wear and tear. The provider may request reconfirmation of your agreement and card details if needed.

Named for the iconic and nearby Split Apple Beach, this holiday home occupies a forested hill-top above the ocean, affording exceptional elevated views across a huge swarth of the Kaiteriteri - Abel Tasman coastline, across to Nelson and the spectacular Richmond Ranges beyond. • The area is characterised by exceptional homes in a beautiful natural setting with incredible sea views and stunning golden sand beaches in almost every direction! • A private walking track takes you down to Venture Cove from where you can access the Tower Bay track straight ot the beach. Split Apple Rock beach track is accessed from further along Tokongawa Drive (either beach is just 10 minutes walk). • Marahau Village and the start of the Abel Tasman National Park, Stephens Bay, Little Kaiteriteri & the Kaiteriteri main beach & the Kaiteriteri Mountain Bike Park are all just a short drive away! • This property is located 1-hour drive from Nelson Airport.
