Step through the front door and into the inviting lounge area, featuring comfortable sofas and a flat-screen TV—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the city. The space flows seamlessly into the fully equipped kitchen, creating a bright and airy open-plan living area. A large dining table provides plenty of space for shared meals or casual gatherings. Head upstairs to the first floor, where you'll find the main bathroom, thoughtfully stocked with essentials for your stay. Like the room below, it also boasts large sliding doors that offer beautiful views of Hagley Park and Hagley High School. This room has a work station.

We’ve been happily hosting for over four years and truly enjoy welcoming guests from around the world. I was born and bred in Christchurch, while my husband hails from the rugged and beautiful West Coast. After finishing university, we spent time working and traveling overseas before settling down in Christchurch to raise our family. We have a deep love for this city—its vibrant culture, natural beauty, and welcoming community. Like many locals, we watched with heavy hearts as Christchurch was torn apart by the earthquakes, but we’re incredibly proud and excited to be part of its ongoing growth and renewal.
