A beautifully renovated villa located in Yelverton, Blenheim, featuring two king sized bedrooms, bathroom, new kitchen, separate living area, and sunroom. This well-appointed, spacious, and inviting home is exclusively yours for the duration of your stay. Enjoy the large garden with BBQ, quiet street and leafy surrounds, while being in close proximity to walking & cycle paths, parks, supermarkets, wineries and the airport. Two bikes are available for guest use. The perfect place for couples, families and business travellers to stay.
We live in Marlborough, New Zealand, with our two young children. In 2017 we built The Nineteenth, our self contained vineyard accommodation, and in 2019 we opened Severne St Villa.
Severne St. Villa is the perfect base to explore the stunning Marlborough region from. Located in the suburb of Yelverton, the villa is within close proximity to Blenheim town and within walking distance of two supermarkets and local shops. Picturesque Shep's Park is located a few doors down and the Taylor River walking and cycle trails are only a 5-10 minute walk away. Wineries and Marlborough Airport are also only a short drive from the Villa.
