This spacious downstairs apartment in a central suburb is conveniently situated for somebody working in the city, whilst also feeling far away from it all as you look out to the hills and the last of the evening sun. It comes fully furnished with plenty of sunshine, wall insulation, heat pump/aircon and a HRV outlet to keep you comfortable at any time of the year. There is a bus stop at the entrance to the cul de sac, or you can walk with stunning views to the CBD in 40 minutes.
Kia ora, I'm Frank! My partner, Clémentine and I have always loved to travel the world. Since we started a family and slowed down our own travel, we decided to use our combined experiences to help us become great hosts ourselves. The home we host is on the ground level of our own house. It's self-contained with its own entrance. We welcomed a son called Clark to our world in early 2021, and a girl called Cécilia in 2023. They have an older 'brother' called Wolfie. Wolfie the cat is very friendly and if you're staying in our downstairs apartment, you are likely to see him basking in the sun outside your lounge window! Frank
