This lovely villa is managed by Wanaka's best small property management company. We are a family owned business and as such put every effort into ensuring you are well looked after during your stay with us. We are only a phone call away if you need assistance. Our hands on team take every effort to ensure you have everything you need for your stay and are there to trouble shoot if any issues arise.

This beautiful Villa is located in a quiet discerning neighbourhood only a matter of 50-100 metres from Wanaka lakeside. Edgewater resort is only a stones throw away and perfect spot for a quick walk or cycle along an off road lane to have a good coffee or quiet lunch on the terrace or in their café/restaurant.

Sunrise Bay Drive is indeed one of the top three streets in NZ for its charm, neighbourhood and real-estate. This street is located adjacent to the lakeside track for your walking and biking pleasure. It is only 300m from the famous Wanaka tree and Edgewater resort.
