This is a modern house - just 3 years old and situated right on the marina. It has beautiful, ever-changing views across the marina and harbour through to the Coromandel range. Sunsets can be particularly speactacular.
There are two family beaches 2 minutes walk away and the main surf beach is 5 minutes walk away. A great restaurant is right across the road and a cafe a few metres in the other direction. The township is a 5-minute drive away. Then there’s the whole of the rest of the Coromandel which can be enjoyed on day-trips from Tairua.
