Located within walking distance of a supermarket(250m), Laundromats, restaurants and cafe's. A 4 minute drive to Tauranga Crossing.(a shopping mall and complex with bars, restaurants, food courts and more). 12 minute drive to downtown Tauranga(depending on traffic) and 18 minutes to Mount Maunganui Beach. A golf course directly opposite, public swimming pools and a gym nearby. Secure off street parking and your own self contained unit with private access. Super comfy bed and covered in patio and BBQ area. Either cook in the unit or dine out, the choice is yours. Catch all the sports, movies and TV programs on IPTV
