Janet is a trained Florist, author, public speaker, who Also works in a field, with people in time of crisis and change. Chris worked in the tech industry, for over 25 years, but took a sharp right turn, just over a year ago, And entered a formal apprentership, working with motorbikes. A Passionate craft Brewer, Producing everything from stout to ales, lagers, ciders and honey mead. All from water sourced on the boundary of the property.

We are a small family run B&B, situated in an elevated position, with uninterrupted pristine views. This property'saccess is by steps both external and internal. We have been professionally hosting now for over 30 years, It is truly a heart felt passion, to host and serve you well. The B&B offers a range of options, We are situated 100m stroll down a private lane,( for those who would prefer not to reverse their vehicle) with a designated on site vehicle park for you. You will need to be able to back with a reversing camera, or side mirror, due to the gradient of the drive, and no turn around,24 hour free on street parking on Marina Drive. Access to the property is by Steps external, (this would be a challenge if you find stairs difficult, with your luggage). You have in room Chrome cast, with unlimited high speed wi-fi for your convenience. The Spa Pool is on. A complimentary continental Breakfast is put out for those requiring an early start, and Barista coffee from 8 to 9am, along with a hot dish of the day. With double glazing, a large log Burner, a comfortable sleep is to be had. Stunning views of the Remarkable Mountains, and Lake Wakatipu. Chris is a craft brewer, and has his own label Boundary Creek. From Stouts to Pale Ales, Pilsners and Ciders. This property is best suitable for those with transport, however Queenstown has great taxi service, you can also take public transport every 15 mins, a 10 min walk to the bottom of a steep hill. Check in is from 3 pm to 7. As I am a team of one, out side of these times is by prior arrangement. We look forward to hosting you.

Suburban area made up of longer term home owners, a selection of restaurants and bars, Marina and brewery, within a radius of 1 to 2 Klms from the property. So the benefits of a quiet area, with the option of joining in what the town has to offer. And just 2klms from the airport, hospital and shopping centers, golf course.
