Kimberley Two is just a stone's throw from Nelson's spectacular waterfront with fantastic convenience to many of Nelson's best restaurant-cafes, waterfront venues, sun-bathing, swimming & fishing spots! It is one of three separate apartments in the Kimberley House complex on Nelson's waterfront. **NOTES: One off-street carpark is provided with this apartment. We may be able to arrange additional off-street parking by request. Bicycle parking - we're happy to make the garage available to guests with bicycles, kayaks etc. This is located on the lower level of the building and is used as a shared storage area for all 3 apartments. Please bring your own lock. **BOND REQUIREMENT - Credit card details and an authority to charge are required as a bond prior to the commencement of your stay. The cardholder/payee is responsible for leaving the property neat & tidy & its chattels, furnishings & grounds in the condition found at arrival. By proceeding with this booking, you authorise the Accommodation Provider to charge the credit card provided at time of the booking for the fair cost of unavailability, replacement, repair or services required to restore the property, its chattels, furnishings or grounds to the condition found at arrival, where it can be established that such issues arose in the course of your stay & where these issues cannot be attributed to fair wear & tear. The Accommodation Provider may seek affirmation of your agreement with this policy and re-submission of card details where necessary.
