The Shepherds Rest is located on a 300 acre working bull beef farm, with views towards the Kakanui Ranges.
The hut has a kitchenette with basic cooking facilities, queen size bed with fairy lights above plus ensuite bathroom with shower, vanity and Bambooloo composting toilet.
Outside there is a gas heated outdoor bathtub so you can soak away your troubles and enjoy star gazing.
Our friendly alpaca and pet sheep are located in the paddock by the hut and we provide food so you can feed them.
As it is a working farm you will hear the sounds of farm animals as well as farm vehicles.
