With breathtaking views of lush greenery and the tranquil Utuhina Stream, you'll feel relaxed and refreshed upon arrival. The house features 4 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an open-plan living, kitchen, and dining area filled with natural light. With 3 queen beds and 2 single beds, it comfortably accommodates families of up to 8 people. Our fully equipped kitchen, free unlimited WIFI, fresh linens, bath towels, kid-friendly amenities, and double garage will make your stay convenient.

Tranquil Utuhina Stream is right on the fringe of our garden. Few minutes walking distance to Springfield Golf Course and Rotorua International Stadium. Few minutes drive to Te Puia Māori Village, Skyline, Polynesian Spa, Red Wood Forest and Town Center.
