This spacious townhouse has three bedrooms upstairs, comfortably sleeping five. The ground floor boasts a full kitchen, a powder room, and a dining/living area that opens to a fenced courtyard—ideal for BBQs and safe play for kids!
Lovely neighbourhood, a short walk to the CBD. Chateau Marlborough is just across the road, supermarket a 2 minute walk and many restaurants and shops within walking distance.
