Great winter getaway, cosy, warm. sunny, a touch of country with own private entry on the fringe of Havelock North. Set in a quiet, safe cul-de-sac just 20 mins walk and 4 min drive to the Village and Supermarket. Stylish, spacious and recently renovated with modern high spec fittings and furnishings. Guests can relax and enjoy a quiet peaceful, tranquil setting while listening to the sound of flowing water, or just unwind in the hot spa. Kitchenette well equipped with all cooking utensils. Dishes, microwave, air fryer, oven griller, hot plate, outside BBQ. A wide range of teas are provided, muesli, milk, and a Nespresso cappuccino coffee machine. New insulation and double glazing provides a cosy warm temperature with addition of panel heating. Electric blankets and luxurious bedding for winter comfort. Off street parking and EV charging available.
