Waipatiki is adjoining Whakarire villa at 34 Man Street, the villa offers guests the perfect accommodation when traveling with a group of family or friends of up to six guests. The villa has been thoughtfully designed around functionality and space to capture the stunning views out towards Lake Wakatipu, The Remarkables and glimpses of Coronet Peak. Upon entering the home you are welcomed with stunning natural light and sliding windows that open up on the large balcony. The kitchen has a breakfast bar and a butlers pantry and includes designer appliances. Entertaining friends and family will be made easy with the open plan lounge and dining area. Sit back and relax and watch the sun set over Lake Wakatipu or cosy up in winter in the warmth of this home with a gas fire and central heating system. This stunning villa offers three double bedrooms that share two bathrooms with a full internal laundry. Leave your car at home and walk into town for coffee, lunch and a spot of shopping or enjoy one of the many tourist attractions right on your door step. June 2025 Update : There is currently a renovation project underway near the property. While every effort is being made to minimise any disruption, and the home is sound-proofed, some noise may still be heard during daytime hours.
