What we affectionately refer to as the cottage, is a warm, modern fully self sufficient separate dwelling with three bedrooms, one bathroom and a workspace. The home is well insulated with a heat pump air conditioning unit to ensure your comfort all year round. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need including a full sized fridge / freezer, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine. Entertainment and connectivity is ensured with max fibre broadband WiFi connection and a 55inch smart TV including Netflix, Freeview, Neon and other streaming services. In addition there is a washing machine, ski and board storage, a BBQ and outdoor dining available for your use. There is plenty of secure parking available for vehicles and even space for a boat or trailer if needed.
