We are only 200m to the lake front shops and cafes so LOCATION to the Lake and Wanaka CBD is a huge drawcard, it is your own private studio with everything you need for a short stay and we aim to keep it extremely CLEAN and COMFORTABLE but please be aware it is small (16m2) so if you are wanting to run around the studio to improve your health and fitness then I would not book here and consider looking elsewhere. Our STAFF(my wife and I) are very approachable and love to meet guests if timing works out. It is only 75m to New World Supermarket and 50m to the famous Cinema Paradiso-we are literally right in town. You have your own personal newly built space with modern shower and toilet, double glazing, bar fridge, complimentary cereal and unlimited wifi and Smart TV with Freeview & complimentary Amazon Movies etc. Our bikes are available FREE to use but bookings recommended prior to stay please.

We rate extremely highly on another more personable platform and the guests that book their accommodation there are of a similar nature and outlook eg friendly, hospitable, positive to us so keep that in mind please when potentially booking. I'm of Māori heritage and with my wife and our 11 month old daughter love living so close to the lake in Wanaka. My great-great-great-grandparents were among the first people to settle in Central Otago. I have a deep love for this area and a strong connection to it. My passion for Māori culture and Manaakitanga/hospitality and kaitiakitanga/protectors of the land is important in hosting. We are in a central location and with that can come noise, Wānaka in general is a quiet town but being so close to the lake and Wanaka CBD and beside other accommodation providers it can get noisy and busy in peak season-November to April so please keep that in mind when booking and if noise is an issue for you then please do not book here. If we feel that your booking does not suit our requirements then we will contact you within 24 hours of your booking so you can feel free to cancel.
