Welcome to 25 Orowaiti Road, a piece of West Coast paradise. Down a gated driveway, there is a beautifully presented space that seamlessly combines functionality with aesthetics. This house sits on a tastefully landscaped 1012sqm section with native and fruit trees. Upon entering you'll find yourself in a beautifully presented space that seamlessly combines a modern & contemporary design with an open plan downstairs living space. Then venture up the staircase to a generous second storey twin bedroom. Abundant natural light floods the interior, while a cosy deck provides the perfect spot for outdoor entertaining & unwinding in the fresh air.
