This is a cosy one-bedroom property, attached to our main house but with own entrance. It is set back off the road down a tree-lined driveway with its own parking space. We are still setting up the property as a rental, so we don't have full amenities yet (e.g. washing machine, tv etc), the lower price reflects that at the moment. We welcome suggestions on making the property comfortable and well-equipped. Ngā mihi.

Wharerauora is close to many of the community's amenites. It is approximately 10-15 minutes walk to either New World or Countdown. 5-10minutes to Haruātai park, and across the road from the Domain.
