It's a place for families. It's pretty quiet and respectful with the current guidelines. It also allows to have meetings but within the authorized schedule. The rules of the Condo dictates that: a) only can be in the house 1 family (with parents, grandparents and/or kids/grandkids) . Only 4 additional non-related persons and 2 service personnel; b) a one-time pay is requirde to use common areas; c) a full form must be completed with guest information, signed and delivered 2-3 weeks before checkin (if not provided, reservation must be cancel). The condo where it's located have a grocery store (with delivery)

The condo has direct access to the beach. There is a town called Rosario near the condo. You can find there some stores and restaurants. Even you can buy fresh fish! You can go from the house to a gas station (1km) and also you can go to Asia's Boulevard (less than 10km)
