I like to be very attentive and with a lot of disposition towards those who stay at home. I am happy I like to share my experiences of myself and my family and how proud I am of my city and my country and help them with tourist information of the most visited places.

Property information

Ramirez House is a family accommodation where you will feel at home, where you will find a family that will attend to you and make your stay a pleasant experience. Our accommodation is located in the district of Socabaya, on the outskirts of the city an hour from the airport, 15 minutes from the bus station and 30 minutes from the city center, the main supermarkets are 15 minutes away. We have ample rooms, garage, besides having a green area and a large laundry. Close to the establishment you will find traditional food stalls and parks, as Socabaya is distinguished as one of Arequipa's traditional neighborhoods. If you like nearby tourist attractions, such as the Chapi Sanctuary, the Sabandia Mill, the Founder's Mansion, the Churajon Archaeological Complex, etc. Rooms at Ramirez House are comfortable and cozy. The Ramírez family awaits you in Arequipa

Lara is a traditional neighborhood located in the district of Socabaya, it is a simple and quiet neighborhood, We are 7 km from the Arequipa square by bus in 30 to 40 minutes, by taxi 20 minutes and we have convenient rates for transportation. A 20-minute bus ride away is Aventura Plaza Mall and Lambramani Park Mall.
