This beautiful apartment in a new residence on the heights at the entrance to Papeete will enchant you with its brightness and magnificent ocean view. You enter the apartment through an airlock, for added privacy. As you enter the apartment, you will discover a comfortable bedroom with a 5-star hotel-style bed and thick mattress, and a cosy decor. The modern en suite bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower. The hallway leads to a small laundry room with a washing machine-dryer. The main room features a fully-equipped kitchen, sitting area and study opening onto a large, bright terrace with extraordinary ocean views and incredible sunsets. You have access to the residence's swimming pool, ideal for swimmers or just relaxing, as well as a gym. A parking space is included.
