Its an American farmhouse themed vacation home. The bedroom on the ground floor is spacious with 3 beds, it has ensuite bathroom with bathtub and water heater for the shower. The dining room has a big table that can accommodate 8-10 persons in front of the kitchen where guests can cook, talk and enjoy food. There is a family room with sofa in the 2nd floor and a huge bedroom at the 2nd floor with one big bed, the bedroom is so spacious kids can play in the bedroom, it also has ensuite bathroom with bathtub. There is an outdoor terrace where guests can enjoy the cool breeze of Alfonso.

The host lives in Imus, check in is usually self service, the key will be left with the subdivision guard for check in and check out.

The property is inside Royale Tagaytay Estate Phase 5 where there are just few houses built. Its still very quiet neighborhood and its just a few minutes away from Twin Lakes.
