Great for big groups of friends or family. Getting a taxi just takes a while due to the location,but no issues if you have your own ride. And it’s only 10 mins away from the city proper, there’s also a grocery store nearby down the area. Bencab Museum is just nearby. Splendid place where can you relax enjoy the scenic mountain view and far from downtown, It's quiet and secure. By night time, you can have the perfect bonfire night party with your family or friends while enjoying the city lights.

HOUSE RULES •No parties or events allowed •Alcoholic beverage is allowed but avoid disruptive behavior. Baguio has a "Silent Night" ordinance from 10:00 pm to 5:00 am •Please respect check-in and check-out time •No pets allowed •Any illegal acts such as gambling and illegal drugs are strictly prohibited •No smoking allowed inside the unit. Smoke at the balcony, ash tray is provided and please properly dispose cigarette butts. •No unregistered guests allowed •Please take extra care of your keys. Lost keys will be paid for replacement •Please take care of the furnishings, you have to pay for the damage •Please do not rearrange the furnitures •Please wash all the dishes and kitchen utensils used •Please take the trash out before you leave •Please turn off water faucets, switch off all the appliances when not in use •Please switch off the lights and don't forget to close the windows, balcony door and main door before you leave •Please take care of your belongings. The owner will not be responsible for your loss •Turn over keys before check-out to the unit staff/ security guard
