- The unit itsself has a lot of high-class equipment planned by interior designer, all furnitures made of high-class mahagoni wood, etc... - Many of the interiors (such as decorations, wallpapapers, curtains) as well as kitchen utensils (such as porcelain, cooking-pots, cutlery ) are made in Germany and sent by balikbayan box - The building itsself is brandnew, and one of the most luxury in Cebu City. It was turned over in 2013 and is equipped with latest technology. - The Condo is the only one in Cebu City, which is sea-side (other condos sea-side are far away from the city), walking distance to Il Corso, a lifestyle strip with loads of Restaurants located along the oceanfront - For those visiting their families in Cebu, the condo is very close if your family is in South cebu city (Mambaling, Basak, Pardo, Bulacao), and in Southern Metro Cebu (Minglanilla and Talisay - only 10-15 minutes from there). - There is a huge Clubhouse - - Amalfi Oasis has the largest pool area in Cebu City, there are 4 pools (Olympic sized pool, 2 Adults pools, 1 kiddie-pool), total 2 thousand square meters, also unique - Taxis are easy to get with the mobile phone App Grab Taxi, max- 3-5 minutes
