Avana Hills Boracay is operated under BORACAY BEACH HOUSES and also Accredited with Depamartment of Tourism under the name BORACAY BEACH HOUSES. The property situated in a private property surrounded by lush tropical garden nestled in a homey atmosphere. This is a perfect quiet place but in the center of Boracay with bars outside the property. New spacious suite room units with kitchen. 3 to 4 minutes away from the beach. Located in front of souvenir shops, fruit stands & main roads, and 5 minutes to wet market (talipapa).

The main gate fronting the main road and E-mall souvenir shops. 711 Convenient Store is just outside the main gate. 3-4 minutes walk to the beach. 5 Minutes walk to wet market ( talipapa ). There are bars along the main road outside the compound. Fruit Stands are just outside the compound.
