Balai Moca is a quiet hillside retreat with stunning sunset views, just a 10 min drive to the surftown of Urbiztondo, San Juan. This listing is for the SECOND FLOOR of a two-storey home that comes with a private entrance, an AC unit, TV w/ cable, fully equipped kitchen and a spacious balcony with an outdoor dining area. Music-lovers will also enjoy the acoustic piano. It is situated uphill in Upper Talogtog, San Juan so you would need a car to get there as public transport is limited. The space: This kubo-inspired home is simple, minimalistic and open-space with rattan and wood furnitures. The oversized windows and sliding doors lets you feel the breeze when kept open as you're nestled on a hill close to the sea side. The space is quiet and relaxing, where time slows down in sync with nature. Guest access: Second Floor One Bedroom (second bedroom will be closed) Outdoor Dining area in Balcony Parking Garage Private Entrance Stairs to Second Floor Other things to note: You will need a car to access the property as public transport is limited. There are also dogs in the property so we hope you're comfortable with them.
