Elyu Seayesta is tucked inside a private subdivision along Sitio Dappat Road. Jeepneys and tricycles pass by often, so getting around is easy even without a car. For added convenience, our friendly neighbors, Kuya Benjie and Kuya Anton, also offer transportation services at reasonable rates. The neighborhood is safe, has a designated parking area, and is surrounded by warm, welcoming locals. Just a short walk away is Masa Bakery, one of Elyu’s favorite spots for coffee and fresh bakes. And if you’re looking for some sun and sea, Ili Norte Beach is only a 4-minute drive away, a quieter spot perfect for relaxation and sunset watching. Our local landlords, Ate Olga and Kuya Ely, live just downstairs. They’re always happy to recommend local gems, popular cafes, or help with directions to make your stay in Elyu more enjoyable.
