When I get my time off from work I love to explore new places and other countries that I have not visited to meet people and experience other local culture.
Once a solo traveler, therefore as for me having friendly people in a new place
always bring good memories so as being the host myself plays an important role to make guests always feel comfortable, at home especially during their first visit to the Philippines.
The house location is secured and safe since it is inside a subdivision with security guard. Located near the 3rd Mactan Bridge or CCLEX. airport, tourist destinations, beaches, gas station and hospital. 20-30 minutes drive away from Mactan National Airport, 5 minutes away from Lantaw Floating Restaurant , 10k roses and a lot of resorts nearby.
Safe and friendly neighborhood. Few steps outside of the compound are tricycles, motor cabs that guests can easily hop on. You can also catch a jeepney. Just minutes ride to Lantaw Floating Restaurant and 10,000 Roses. 10 to 15 minutes drive to beaches.
