Equipped w/ 65 inch TV connected to super fast 350mbps wifi - w/ Netflix, HBO, Prime and Cable Channels. Feel at home with our 4 beds and complete kitchen amenities. Also, with washing machine and electric water dispenser (w/ 3 round water gallons) for maximum homey convenience. It has two swimming pools and is located beside SM Mall. With extra fee for the following Condo amenities: Parking inside: PHP 300/ day Pool Fee: PHP 150/head/day for regular days PHP 300/head/day for holidays Pool is open from 8am to 10pm from Tuesday to Sunday. This unit is centrally located within the complex of SM Trece Mall. It is also adjacent to a lot of government offices of Cavite.
