Your home away from home. Hola! (Hello in Spanish) and welcome to your humble abode in Davao City. As per Condominium Management Guidelines: 1. All short and long-term tenants (staying at least for a month) should undergo an Orientation of the House Rules and regulations with the Property Management Office (PMO), while transient guests shall be given a copy of the House Rules and Regulations. 2. Upon arrival/move-in, tenant must present his original passport/other government issued IDs, i.e., Driver’s License/Social Security ID, etc. to the lobby security guard and voluntarily submit himself / luggage to the duty guard for a thorough security check. 3. During the entire stay, he/she may bring any guest/visitor inside the unit but I.D.s of guests shall be left at the Security Lobby Guard/Receptionist and will be retrieved upon exit. Staying overnight is allowed as long as it does not exceed the maximum allowed occupants per unit. 4. When using the swimming pool, tenant shall pay the amenity usage fee (Php 150/person) as imposed by the PMO to a guest. When using the gym, only tenant/renter who stays more than 5 days are allowed.

Very conveniently located at the central business district of Davao City - beside Abreeza Mall of Davao and opposite the Our Mother of Perpetual Help Parish (Redemptorist Church). Just 10 minutes drive to and from the Davao International Airport and near SM Lanang Premier Mall and very accessible to all public transportation.
