3 storey house w/ garage, 150mbps fiber internet connection , 2 bedrooms, queen bed each equipped with air conditioning unit, 2 toilets with hot/cold shower, fully equipped kitchen, 2 led tv with chromecast. Covered roof deck with sink and patio dining set.
I have travelled extensively worldwide that is why I understand the needs of a practical traveler who needs the comfort of a clean, safe, and relaxing accommodation. I will try my best to provide these as your host. As I am based in the province up north, the property manager will be in-charge once you check-in. If you have any concern, just knock on the bungalow door and she will gladly assist you.
It is a peaceful community with security at the entrance of the village. Noise curfew strictly imposed after 10:00 pm. Covered basketball court and playground for kids a few steps away. Home service massage and fast food/pizza delivery available in the area. 45 minutes drive from the airport without traffic, 15 mins. to Ortigas Business District, 15mins. to Libis. Easy access for Grab taxi. Public commute, 2 mins. by tuktuk/tricycle to go inside the village from the main road (Ortigas Extension) and flag a taxi, bus or jeepney to go anywhere else. Laundry and salons 2-5mins. walk. SM mall, supermarket,hospital,fastfood chains 3- 5mins. ride via tuktuk/tricycle.
