The Balibago area of Angeles City is the entertainment capital of the Philippines and accounts for 20% of the GDP of Angeles City. A number of very nice golf courses are within 45 minutes drive of Grosvenor, and Clark International Airport is just 12-15 minutes drive to your gate!! 50 minutes away is Subic Bay (another smaller "entertainment" area) with nice ocean swimming. Angeles City has a population of about 550,000 with a rather large ex-patriat population from USA, Canada, Europe, and Australia. Two modern ELEVATORS service the 7 story Grosvenor Square condo building. PARKING is free and plentiful, with 2 underground garages and abundant outside parking for cars and motorbikes. Trikes await you for immediate transport, and Taxi Cabs are an easy call away.
