The property is located in a silent and secured place with 24 hour tanod with in the barangay. It has cctv and is near a barangay hall. The house is huge,it can accommodate even up tk 50 pax.its good for a big group/family. It has a large loung where guests normally held birthday parties of their own. Its a solo house and has 7 bedrooms. There is billiard table and its free to use. Guests may just bring foods to cook for there is kitchen you can use and its free to use all kitchen utensils.
The host just live infront of the transient house so its easy to acquire what ever you need
Its a quiet place and secured sorroundings. The place is located just nearby the barangay hall with 24 hour on duty tanods.
