You may also enjoy having your morning coffee at the covered terrace facing the garden. Just a short 3–5 minute walk away, the clubhouse offers a swimming pool that guests can enjoy for a small fee. If you're feeling active, there’s also a tennis court and a basketball court nearby. For your convenience, a 7-Eleven and other local shops offering fresh fruits, vegetables, meats, and essentials are located right at the subdivision entrance. Additionally, a small neighborhood sari-sari store is just down the street for quick purchases. Public transportation is easily accessible from the community entrance.
