Gorgeous house with rooftop deck overlooking the Sea. Restaurant on premises or cook in your private kitchen. 15 to 30 minutes from all Dive Shops. Private access to white sand beach and 5 percent off all food in the on-site restaurant. Sleeping is for 10 people any more people than that is allowed but you will have to arrange sleeping requirements.
American Expat. Married 10 years to my Filipino wife. Relocated here 5 years ago. Owned and operated restaurants in Texas. Lived in Houston area most of my life. My wife and I will be on property 24/7. Available at any time if you need assistance. Arrangements for transportation can also be made with specific drop off and pick up times given for additional costs. 2017 ford EcoSport can be rented for additional charges if you need. Any damages to vehicle will be 100 percent responsible of person listed on booking.
Very quite and private area. Entire property is fenced and one staff member stays in separate building after hours. Transportation at front gate during daylight hours. There will be a wait so be patient. After 5pm it’s very difficult to get transportation but you can arrange with owner for additional costs. 4 door truck rental (Nissan Navara) or 2023 Honda click 125 can be utilized during your stay at additional cost per day directly with owner.
